"My job is to help ensure a patient's stay here at the hospital is as good an experience for them as possible. I provide a pathway for patients to find answers to their questions. I love my job. I have a passion for my job. Each day I'll ask patients if there is anything I can do for them. It doesn't matter how small. I'll read for them if they want, or just sit and talk. Sometimes a touch or a smile is all a person needs. This hospital has changed so much over the years with new technology and growth, but the most important thing is still our personal touch."
